Sergeant Michael Wargo (Ret.), a 28 year Michael Wargo veteran of law  enforcement with the Illinois State Police, was assigned to the F. B. I. Anti-Terrorism Unit.  He has worked in the communication center, published numerous articles on hostage negotiation and Suicide Intervention which have complemented his teaching these subjects over the years. He is a past president and current member of the Illinois Tactical Officers Association. He is a senior hostage negotiation instructor and trainer of law enforcement and communication.

  David Pichette is a retired Captain with the Wisconsin State Patrol where he commanded the Northeast Region. He served with the responsibility of Incident Commander on critical incidents. Ed Delmore is Chief of Police in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Previously, he was Chief of Fairview Heights, Illinois. Previously, and Assistant Chief of Police of Collinsville, Illinois, a position he has held for over eight years. He has been the working Commander of the most successful criminal patrol unit in the state of Illinois, and as Chief continues his fight against drugs in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
