Vital Issues of Organizational Culture (1.5 Hours)
Work through “Organizational Life Blood Evaluation”
Discover through discussion how justifications and blaming are spontaneous and dangerous

 The Source of Solid Organizational Culture (2 Hours)
Record and discuss Personal Anima statement
Explore and discuss the salient issues of Courage, Integrity, Leadership and Character.
Identify ways to develop and Unleash the Power of Unconditional Respect to effect organizational change and help officers inspire community trust and support with every citizen contact.
Discuss reasons why Courage is often lacking in the bravery rich culture of law enforcement.
Identify and discuss how and why personal Integrity is the foundation for Unconditional Respect.
Identify and discuss reasons why having and maintaining Integrity are difficult struggles for individuals and law enforcement officers.
Identify and list some of the tactical and interpersonal benefits of Unconditional Respect.

 How Organizational Culture Exudes into our Communities (1.5 Hours)
Identify and analyze how Unconditional Respect affects law enforcement’s interaction with the community and how it creates and builds high character.
Identify, list and explore ways to influence an organizational culture toward Unconditional Respect.
 Personal Commitments (.5 Hour)
Identify and record precursors to a paradigm shift in the following ways: 1) The way officers see themselves in relationship to the Bushido Code, 2) The way officers see and respond to others, 3) The way officers are viewed by their communities.
Consider, discuss and record the officers’ personal commitments to strategic vital behaviors linked to a paradigm shift.
